Shri Pragati Mandal, Bhadran was established in the year1928 is one of very few educational management  among Gujrat state before independence .Having very rich and varied heritage, Bhadran had been benefitted by many visionary personalities like Late Shri Shaivabhai Ashabhai Patel ,Ms.Fulabhai Govindbhai Patel (Parivar) Shri Somabhai Vitthalbhai  Patel, shri Somabhai Chandubhai Patel etc. who not only  lead the village in independence movement in and around village Bhadran but initiated many co-operative movements, and educational movements. These Visionary Persons  united and came forward to establish a management under the name “PRAGATI  MANDAL “Which is now honored institutions  successfully running more than 100 years and many of then having completed more than 50 years . This year in  2016-17 ,T.B. high school have completed 100 glorious years , under the umbrella of Pragati Mandal, Bhadran. In the year 2014 Arts, science  and R.A. Patel commerce college Bhadran have completed glorious  50 years.This inspired  us to celebrate the event in a very grand manner which resulted  in to a lifelong effect and impact on thousands  of is stake  holders

   100 years back late shri Tulsibhai Bakorbhai Patel intited the educational   movement Lead by founders of Pragati Mandal. They very generously donated to establish a school which is resulted in to T.B high school, Bhadran. Later in 1964, Late shri Shivabhai Ashabhai Patel put a great efforts to have higher education in the village Bhadran itself. This noble idea was very generously  supported by Ms. Fulabhai Govindbhai Patel (family) by donating 5,50.000 lakhs, which resulted   in to Arts and science college, Bhadran (1964) later in 1991 late  shri  Rambhai Ambalabhai Patel donated 17,00,000 lakhs rupees to add commerce education. This resulted in to Arts, Science and R.A.Patel Commerce College, Bhadran (1991).
